Partnership Council Meeting
June 14, 2012
10 am - 2 pm
Since 1998, the Healthcare Education Industry Partnership Council has served as both a venue for the identification of healthcare workforce issues and a platform for implementing solutions to these issues. With quarterly meetings which provide a valued forum for exchanging ideas, sharing concerns, planning initiatives, and disseminating information, the Partnership Council has created a diverse, unique, and valuable infrastructure. In 2010, the Partnership Council became integrated into HealthForce Minnesota and continues its mission of bringing healthcare employers together with healthcare educators to advise and inform the work of the Center.
Members of the Partnership Council represent Minnesota’s healthcare providers, including its largest systems and small rural hospitals, acute care and ambulatory care, children, adult, and older adult services, healthcare associations and organizations, state agencies, and healthcare educators. This unique mix of members allows the Partnership Council to holistically and broadly evaluate healthcare workforce needs now and in the future.
